Attorney's Fees

Attorney's fees for Social Security Disability claims are set by the Social Security Administration. All fees are withheld by the Administration from the back-benefits you receive when your claim is approved, meaning that you never pay anything out of pocket, and we get no fee unless we get your claim approved. "Back-benefits" means those benefits that accrued between the time that you became disabled and the time that your claim for benefits was approved. You receive these back-benefits in a lump some once your claim is approved, and then receive monthly benefits from that point. There is no fee on the ongoing monthly benefits.
